"I used Superbuy to combine a few…"
I used Superbuy to combine a few small orders into one package, and it went smoothly. They took photos, updated the weight, and packed everything together nicely. The shipping ended up being cheaper than sending each item separately, which was a big plus. The only thing is it took a bit longer to process than I would’ve liked, and I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on stuff. Still, it wasn’t terrible, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d use them again.

I thought the service fees were fair, honestly. Everything felt reasonable, and I appreciated not feeling overcharged. Overall, it was a solid experience.

"Superbuy was alright overall, but the restricted..."
Superbuy was alright overall, but the restricted item rules kind of threw me off and slowed everything down. I guess part of it is on them for not making it clearer, because I wasn’t expecting my order to get held up like that. Not a terrible experience, just annoying when you’re trying to get things moving.

"Decent service, but shipping options need clearer info"
Superbuy worked fine overall, and my package arrived without any problems. The only thing that bothered me was choosing a shipping carrier. Some options looked cheaper at first, but then the rules, limits, or extra details made it a bit confusing. I just wish they explained the differences between carriers more clearly before you pick one. My final take: it’s a useful service, but the shipping selection could definitely be more straightforward.

"Everything in my order was right"
I used Superbuy to order a few items, and everything came exactly as I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct, and nothing was missing. I’m happy with how accurate the order was overall, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer along the way

The tracking updates were usually right, but they were a little slow to show up at times. I also would’ve appreciated clearer instructions on what to expect along the way, just so I wasn’t left guessing

"Support was quicker than I expected"
I had a little issue with my order, so I sent a message to support and figured it might take a while. They got back to me quickly, maybe within an hour or so, and the person helping me was really nice. They explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, without overcomplicating it. Everything was sorted out later that day, so overall I’m happy with the service.

"Arrived Fine, Just Looked a Bit Sloppy"
The box showed up safely and nothing seemed damaged, so that part was good. The tape job was kind of messy though, which made the package look a little careless at first glance.

"Superbuy makes it easy to wait and ship together"
I’ve usually stuck with another forwarding service out of habit, so I wasn’t sure if I’d actually switch, but superbuy’s warehouse storage has been really handy. I can leave my items there while I wait for other orders to come in, and it makes combining everything into one shipment way less stressful. I don’t feel rushed, the storage rules are easy to understand, and it ended up saving me some money on shipping too

"I was expecting customs to be…"
I was expecting customs to be a headache, but superbuy handled it better than I thought. No weird issues or surprise problems, and the parcel got through quickly once it was moving. Still, waiting around and checking for updates was frustrating, but in the end it worked out fine.

Support did get back to me, so that was cool, but the messages were kinda hard to follow. I had to reread them a few times to figure out what they meant, which was a bit frustrating.

Umm, the shipping and service fees didn’t really feel clear upfront. The price changed quite a bit when I got to payment, which was kind of annoying.

"Pretty smooth first order"
I used superbuy for my first order the shipping was quick. I was expecting it to take a lot longer since it was coming from China, but the package kept moving along and the tracking updates were easy to follow. Everything showed up sooner than I expected, so there wasn’t really any stress. I’d definitely use them again if the shipping stays this good.

Superbuy sent the quality check photos quickly, which I definitely appreciated. That said, a few of the pictures felt kind of far away, and I found myself zooming in and still guessing on smaller details. Maybe I’m being a bit too picky, but I just expected the inspection photos to be a little clearer. Overall the service was fine, I just wish the QC was more consistent.

I tried using the site, but it was kind of frustrating. The pages took a while to load, and the menus weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling like I was guessing where to go. It also felt like the site wasn’t really set up with users like me in mind, which made the whole experience feel a little ignored.

"Sourcing works most of the time"
Superbuy usually manages to find what I’m looking for, and at first I thought it was reliable—well, reliable enough, because a couple of my sourcing requests took longer than expected or ended up getting cancelled. It’s still useful overall, just don’t go in expecting it to work perfectly every single time.
